VPN VPS network issue

Hi ..
I have a VPS using SoftEther, The VPN was working very well, but after a VPS rebooting, I can connect to the VPS but can't browse the internet, Plz, advise how and what to troubleshoot ?

Sounds like lost forwarding rules to me.
Did you set up the server yourself? You didn't provide much information in your post.

I didn't initially did the setup ... but I have to fix this ....
How to check the rules ?

The exact procedure would depend on your setup, and a misconfiguration might cause security issues.
