MTU on L2TPv3/IPsec tunnels

Hi,

as far as I understand, SoftEther can be configured to manage L2TPv3/IPsec tunnels between remote sites. How does it manage the MTU to avoid IP fragmentation? Is it automatically done or does it require manual configuration?
