I have a TP-LINK TL-R600VPN.

I can connect TL-R600VPN to the softether vpn server ?

How to?

I use softether-vpnserver_vpnbridge-v4.12-9514-beta
Secure Nat
No local bridge

No, because SoftEther does not implement a PPTP server or plain IPSec server.
