Hi,
I am installing CentOS 6 64-bit on a new server and when I get to the following line I get an error:
chmod 700 vpncmd
chmod: cannot access 'vpncmd' : No such file or directory
Does anybody know what could be causing this? I will enable the tun-tap now and see if it changes but I don't think it's related.
Regards,
Sunlounger

Did you build binaries?

I get the VPS pre-installed with CentOS 6 64-bit. I am not sure how to add any additional files.
This is the error I get when accepting the agreement.

You say you have the VPS preinstalled with CentOS and do not know how to install additional files. I think I encountered this situation myself. I think this command might help:
yum groupinstall "Development Tools"
and try again.
If it helps, a good guide to installing SoftEther Server (and client) is https://www.digitalocean.com/community/ ... -softether (although maybe you're using it already?)
