Update existing Version 1 Build 9371

I am currently running Version 1 Build 9371 successfully on a Netgear ReadyNAS device and would like to update it to the latest version. Is this something easy to accomplish? I downloaded it off the AppGenie store late last year and it was version 1.1.9 for Netgear Readynas. My Netgear OS version is firmware release 6.1.7.
I am reading the download section and a little confused as to which one I need to download.
