Problem starting with VPN Client Manager

it used to work perfectly, but all of sudden VPN Client Manager Icon in Windows Task Tray doesn't show up. It starts but pops up for few milli second and disappears automatically. I have uninstalled several times and installed even old version. Problem still exits. Also virtual adapter doesn't install automatically as it used to install before. What might be the problem and its solution......
