I don´t think it is possible. You have to take a new hostname.

What do you mean - Nat it to another ISP IP? You want to use another IP for this fqdn yourservername.softether.org ? - So, in this case it will update automatically with the new IP after the server connects to Softether DNS service ..through the new connection.
