Softether on galileo

Hi, i've tryed to install softether client on the calileo board, make looks ends ok but when i try to start vpncmd i run in this error

root@galileo:~/vpnclient# ./vpncmd
-- Alert: SoftEther VPN Kernel --
String Library Init Failed.
Please check your locale settings and iconv() libraries.

any help much apreciated.

Did you install development tools (compiler, etc.) and development libraries?
