If the user interface is jammed, then stop SoftEther and manually change this variable in the vpn_server.conf configuration file for the appropriate connection:

VPNGate utility is a program stored on your windows computer. go to your Start Menu - all programs-softether vpn client - then select Softether Command line utility.
