This question is related to 'Add VPN Connection' in my 'Softether VPN Client Manager'.
Users can connect to a list of hosts from 'VPN Gate Public VPN Relay Servers'.
What can a user do with this selection? Is this for setting up a user's machine to be a host for other people?

It is used for connecting to your VPN server.

Do you mean I can connect to my VPN server if I had already set up my computer as a relay server?
I think most or all current relay servers are actally server machines, not a daily used computer, right?
There are not many relay servers in my country in the whole list and I am just wondering how to add one more server to it? It maybe not from my computer but from some IT expert who have spare time and machine to contribute.
