Configure SoftEther for iOS always-on IKEv2 VPN

I wonder if its possible to accomplish the task described in https://atix.co/?p=12 using SoftEther vpnserver. Please advise.

Unfortunately not - IKEv2 is not supported by for now by SoftEtherVPN.

What about IKEv1 - pure IPSec without L2TP, something like https://wiki.strongswan.org/projects/st ... e%29#IKEv1 ?
