Site to site vpn one way access

I connected 2 sites with L3 switch. I want to set A site can access B site server, and B site prohibited to access A site B site resources. Anyone know how to do that?

Is the connection only to site B's servers ? how many serves do you have there ?

I think SecureNAT or Accsesslist is suitable.
