vpnclient_x64 - lack of icon in tray and any GUI`

After updating Windows to 2025-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 .
VPN client gui is not working.
There is lack of the icon in the tray.
In background there is vpnclient_x64 working, but lack of access to GUI.
Service works fine as well network interface VPN - VPN Client works fine.

I do not know how to solve the issue. I need urgently access my server.

"The icon in the tray" is not required at all. Run SE from the "start" menu.

When I start it from the start menu, the GUI is not showing at all. It is become background process only.
Also I noticed when I use VPN command line: 2 -management of vpn client, and types the ip and the port of my remote vpn server, it goes nothing for ever. Nothing in the console.
Of course I reinstalled client many times. I cleaned the folder after uninstall. I can not make it work at all. Before the windows update everything was working flawlessly.

The last stable update was 3 weeks ago, so it looks like you got the 1/29/2025 "preview". It's buggy, roll it back.

The identical "2025-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2" works for me...

I could not solve the misterry, eventually re-installing windows solved the probelem, I spend weeks to fix it, I tried almost everything such as clening reg entries, manualy reinstalling driver from the cmd line, trying with various windows components and gave up eventually.
