The client takes a very long time to connect. Sometimes immediately. Sometimes after 10 minutes.
Another PC is next to it on the table - it connects immediately.

I noticed this feature
in the field Virtual Hub Name the name in the drop-down list is unavailable.
it is available on other PCs and there are no connection problems.
Is it related to the virtual adapter?

No, in the FW allow TCP/UDP in/out for both vpncmgr.exe and vpnclient.exe.
