Service SoftEther Server not reposponding

Good day. I have this problem - softether server in the course of work stops responding. The service is running, the attempt to stop it does not perform. You have to restart the whole machine.
I have Norton360, but I excluded the process from monitoring.
Windows 10
The IP address is direct.
