使用 VPN gateway 还可以绕过当前（2023/06）中国的防火墙吗？

我看到很多文章高度赞扬 VPN Gate 能够绕过中国的防火墙, 也许唯一缺点是它偶尔会很慢。
但仔细观察这些文章的发表日期，大多数都是在2019年之前写的，即使是最近的文章也似乎是对以前文章的重复。

我关心的是，因为在2019年10月和2022年10月，中国的防火墙经历了两次升级。第一次升级使防火墙具备了识别混淆信息的能力，而第二次升级则更加全面，采用白名单的方式彻底拦截不符合指定标准的加密数据。根据我有限的了解，VPN Gate 很早前似乎没有进行改变. 根据从其官方网站获得的信息，VPN Gate 利用 SSL-VPN (SoftEther VPN) 、L2TP/IPsec、OpenVPN 和 Microsoft SSTP 等协议进行通信。然而，截至 2019 年，这些协议已被中国防火墙识别并阻止。

那么，我是否可以推断VPN Gate不再具备绕过中国防火墙的能力呢？
