route layer 3 switches virtual interface

i create the two hub and virtual interface in between route its not working

in the diagram cisco L3 switch routing the inter VLAN and access list permission applied

* VLAN 100 can't access any other VLANS
* ALL VLANS can access in VLAN 100 also
* VPN client can access Softhether Server

Questions

VPN clent need route only server 10.10.10.2 access in thought Softhether Server
