so i am trying to connect to vpn by L2TP/ipsec settings and i am doing everything properly but when i try to connect the vpn it says
“The L2TP-VPN server did not respond. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator.”
idk why but i have tried alot of different servers but none of them seems to work.
please help.

my settings:

interface :- vpn
vpn type :- L2TP over IPSec

server address :- vpn984160303.opengw.net (many more from the list on this website)
account name :- vpn

password :- vpn
shared secret :- vpn

show vpn status in menu bar :- ✅
send all traffic over vpn connection :-✅


if there are any other settings than this than idk about them. please let me know
