Can't contribute to the project on Linux?

Hi,
I set up a Softether VPN server on my Linux server but there are no button to make the server public.
VPN Server Version Information reports as follows:
Any specific reasons as to why this option is not available?
Seems weird to me since 99.9% servers run on Linux
Guess the project doesn't want any contributions. :/
