These vpns always lag and drop, help. i'll pay for help

Can someone let me use there server for a vpn? that hosts it? and only me privately? can pay $100-$150 a month, i need this because it shows up as legit isp. If anyone that is hosting these vpns and letting people use it, if you could contact me please. reply or something i want to use your vpn server and be the only one so it never drops/lags. get back to me asap
