german ip doenst show up in Softether plugin serverlist

Hi, i want to connect to a german vpn, however my serverlist in softether doenst show any german ip most of the time(the list on the site does however). is there a way to reduce the plugin to some region or force it to reload entirly to get a new list and possibly german servers?
My IP is 99% Static(changes once a month or so), so i can not get new IP's from the server and only get the same 100 server most of the time(for which all of them arent german)
I cant find the right settings to manualy set up softether to connect to the server i see in the severlist and open vpn doenst seem to change my Outside IP
