Can use OpenVPN over SSL-VPN?

Wondering how it can be done. First connect VPN Gate's SSL-VPN. then connect again with an OpenVPN, either VPN Gate's OpenVPN or one from another. Is this possible to run both VPN this way. I tried this method, but somehow it didnt get through.I just want to use two VPNs at the same time. Whether SSL-VPN, OpenVPN or PPTP doesnt matter much. Please give advise on this if you know how it can be done.
