Plugin and IPv6 connection to VPNGate website support

I find that I have to download the whole software(Softether VPN 1.0 + VPNGate Plugin) every time the plugin is updated. I think update service to the plugin only should be provided.
Secondly, when will vpngate.net website support IPv6 connection.
