SoftEther VPN User Forum

I have installed SoftEther VPN Client in my PC and I use Windows 11.
But I cannot configure it to get an access to servers in Spain or other country.
Please, could you help me in detai for the screen: "New VNP Connection Setting Property" which is I think the part to configure?
I mean,the detail where I can find information for:
- Host Name =
- Virtual hub name=
- Import IE proxy server Settings=
