I'm Virgina Gresham, from Arnold Ave, Lindenhurst, NY, United State.
Now I'm testing softether to build a vpn server (L2TP/IPsec| OpenVPN) for my institution (University of Yeshiva).

can you help me? I am a user in China, because of our national policy, I cannot watch YouTube and use Twitter without VPN.
But I can't use the VPN server in the list, which is a very bad change for my life.
