I have decided to use linux rather than windows for the server and now when the server is online the Ipsec/L2TP is not working anymore.
All ports forwarded (500/4500) and every other relevant port.
Also i have no idea how to make it run on startup and why the hell it lost its settings.

Is there any other L2TP server or client?

There was but i made sure to stop the server (on windows)
