Hi,
sorry if this topic is already somewhere here, but my keyword search did not bring any results.
I have the following issue, the SoftEther-client (Win10) is connecting to the SoftEther-server, but after a few seconds the tunnel does collapse and it takes 3 to 6 retries before the tunnel comes up again just to fail a few seconds later again and so on.
When the tunnel collapses this Message appears on the client:
Error (Error Code 13):
Time-out occurred during VPN session communication. It is possible the connection from the client to the VPN Server has been disconnected.
When the reconnect fails this message appears:
Error (Error Code 1):
Connection to the server failed. Check network connection and make sure that address and port number of destination server are correct.
Does anyone know what to do in this situation?
Cheers
Vailen

Is the security policy set for the user or group used for connection?
