Today most computers are using gigabit ether adapter, by default the indicate speed of virtual network adapter is 100Mbps, so it comes up following questions:
1) If the network are purely gigabit speed, is it a bottle of the VPN traffic or just a nominal speed?
2) Can we change the 100Mbps to 1000Mbps?
3) If question 2's answer is Yes, so why we don't set the default indicate speed to 1000Mbps instead of 100Mbps at sourcecode level?
BTW, it is better If there are options for switching 100Mbps/1000Mbps/10Gbps /or more

Re: Virtual Network Adapter Indicate Speed 100Mbps to 1000Mb
You can change the adapter indicate speed from NIC property.
