Cant Connect to Localhost when connected to VPN

Hello i want to share you my problem

So i have set up VPN SERVER on Ubuntu 22.0 and when i connect using VPN Client on different network its connected successfully. I got VPN IP 192.168.30.10 (My ubuntu IP on LAN is 192.168.18.77)

Problem occurred when i try to access apache2 on ubuntu IP (192.168.18.77), it wont connect and just appear TimeOut page. I try to connect another IP like my Router and working fine. Why i cant access my ubuntu IP?
