Hallo to all!
Last week I tryed to create VPN with softether software in my factory.
I have installed VPN Server in a PC that I use like bridge to connect various PLC; then I have installed VPN Client in a Notebook.
As long as I am connected in the same network (in my factory) all is running well, but if I try to connect to server VPN from my home, I am not able to connect to the server.I have also tryed with azure cloud but without succeeding to connect (also in my factory).
Can you help me?

Nothing for me?
This is because in my project I cannot use "port forwarding": I have not access to router/firewall and the azure cloude may be the best solution!!

hi.,
Most connection failures are caused by something blocking the connection to our servers. Before you begin troubleshooting a blocked connection please check the following: Verify that your internet connection is working whilst disconnected from the VPN. Try loading a website or pinging a web address such as 8.8.8.8

Thanks for reply AgnessaMark: yes, my connection run very well with 30Mb in download and 3.5 in upload.
Also if I ping Google dns there is no problem.

No, I can't because the laptop with softether server is in the client's factory!

There is also such a way as to rent a relay server (VPS) and install SoftEther VPN Server on it.
Then, you can create a cascade session from the factory laptop.
