Connect OpenVPN by one user to multiple servers
Is there any tutorial in doing that according the title? I want to learn from it tho. :(

Why do you want the same user to connect to multiple vpn servers? This makes so sense and invalidates the purpose of VPN.
So again I have to ask, why do you need a user to connect to multiple vpns simultaneously

kindly, explain a bit more what exactly you're seeking for. However, as far as I understood you, yes you can do it and there is no usually restrictions about that.
