Does Openvpn work with Azure?

Hi everyone
today i tried to connect to my server using Openvpn through Azure since my server is behind a firewall but i kept getting timeout errors on all of the devices that tried. im sure that my server works i was using the windows client with Azure for over a year now with out a problem, also i can connect though Openvpn if i use my local address so i know that it works as well the problem is that i can't connect to Openvpn through Azure
