Hi,

I am currently using softether to route traffic for an application that requires low latency. Is it possible to configure the software so that traffic is below 20ms? I found that sometimes there is a spike in the network that hits 100ms.

It depends on the underlying network.
TCP retransmission occurs when losing packets because SoftEther VPN uses TCP.
