SoftEther VPN User Forum

Hello,
Sorry to ask but I am not a vpn expert, actually I am a newbie. My problem is I was able toconnect to servers until yesterday. I was using 4.10 and upgraded to 4.15 in case it was the problem, but I still cannot connect now to any servers, and I receive an error code 13
I will appreciate if someone will help me. Thank you.

Please check the server log.

please check your network adapter,may it's not responding or try connect the vpn after you open Control panel > Network and sharing center > change adapter setting.
