Assign fixed MAC Address or IP to clients

This is a common question but I haven't found any answers yet to this topic. Has someone found a way or workaround to assign static IP address to TUN OpenVPN clients in Softether? I tried to use individual certificates and using ifconfig command to force an IP but there's a log line that says "ifconfig is not configured on the remote device". Is there a way to configure ifconfig-push on Softether server? Thanks.
