Hi, first of all, thank you very much for SoftEther, it has been very useful for our company.

Since yesterday (December 14), our VPN Server can't connect to VPN Azure, in the "Dynamic DNS Function" setup window, in the current status area it says:

Global IPv4 address:
Unable to reach the IPv4 DDNS Server.

Global IPv6 address:
Unable to reach the IPv6 DDNS Server.

Is there any problem with the VPN Azure Cloud service or it is a problem in our installation?

EDIT: we are using SoftEther VPN 4.0 Ver 4.19, Build 9599

Thanks and best regards,

Juan

We could support a VPN software specialist to indicate if this is a problem of our operator or what we should do to solve this problem.

If we use a proxy server to connect to VPN Azure, would this problem be solved?
