SoftEther VPN User Forum

I installed SoftEther Server and it works well.
On my client machine, after setting up the client VPN, initially, I was able to connect to the server.
But now I am not able to connect to the server.

I am getting the message which says,
"Error (Error Code 1):
Connection to the server failed. Check network connection and make sure that address and port number of destination server are correct"

As mentioned in the error message, I checked the address, port number, User Name, Password. Everything is correct.
I really do not know what else to do.

Need resolution to this issue.

UPDATE: 23-Nov-2017

I have been able to identify the problem area.
The problem seems that my ISP is blocking the SoftEther in some way.
When I changed the ISP, I was able to connect to the VPN server without changing any parameters.

The problematic ISP is the 4G LTE internet provided by Jio in India.

I already have enabled the...
1) VPN over ICMP Server Function and
2) VPN over DNS Server Function (uses UDP port 53)

There should be certainly something I am missing, that need to be configured.

Yes, I am including 5555 port
The connection used is Direct TCP/IP Connection (No Proxy)
Further, I use VPN Azure Relay Service

VPN Azure supports only port 443.

Tried with Port 443, but did not work.

I thought Azure Relay Service takes out the trouble of setting the ports. Hence this should not be the problem area.

Is VPN server succeed to connect VPN Azure?
Is there any log when the VPN server connected?
