I am a Windows 10 Insider testing build 17025 (premature next version of Windows). I installed SoftEther Server on this Windows 10, I found the software sucked much cpu power and even my i5-4460 was almost frozen. The other processes didn't work. I suspect VS2008 sp1 be the problem. It's too old. IIRC, even VS2012 or 2013 supports Windows XP binary, so will developers change the developing environments? Or Ming32 is also good.
Now I am running server in Linux machine on Windows 10 and controlling from the management tool for Windows.
