In both iOS and Chromebook, when using the SecureNAT function, the gateway is set to the value of 1.0.0.1 when the value it should be set to is 10.0.1.1
The peer address (vpn Server) also has an incorrect address of 1.0.0.1 in iOS and Chromebook, when it should be 10.0.1.30
It would appear that there is a problem communicating the connection details between the server and remote device when the remote device is iOS or Chromebook. In either case the device authenticates correctly and shows as a connected session. This is using IPsec/L2TP+PSK configuration.
The server and remote device communicated correctly when using Windows and and the SoftEther VPN Client on Windows. It is not possible to successfully complete a connection using IPsec/L2TP+PSK on windows without the Softether VPN client.

I have followed these instructions for connecting to Windows without A SoftEther Client, but they will not work with my router setup as SSL is passed to a Web Server instead of the VPN Server. I included this information so that the maintainers would have additional information.
I am happy to use the Softether VPN Client on Windows.
What I really want is to also be able to connect using an iPad and Chromebook as well.
