How to assign a public ip address to the VPN

I am trying to achieve the exact same thing can you please help me with that how to insert the route on the server end for public IPs.

for example

SoftEther DHCP : 104.250.160.8 - 50 / 255.255.255.0

Public IP on the server Physical interface : 104.250.160.2
Gateway : 104.250.160.1

what static routes Do I have to enter on the server end.

You can actually use tap device and do proxy arp in your own OS.
