I follow the documentation to install the server and setup the L2TP/IPsec VPN correctly. Now, I want to know how to setup PPTP & SSTP on SoftEther, any HOWTO's or guideline that I can use?

SoftEther VPN Server doesn't support PPTP.
SoftEther VPN Server supports MS-SSTP. You can enable it on the following screen.

After that, you can connect to the VPN Server from any Windows Vista or later computers with MS-SSTP built-in client. Note that you also need to make a situation that the client PC is configured to trust the server's SSL certificate which is registered on the VPN Server. The value of "CN" must be exactly same to the destination hostname of the VPN Server in the viewpoint of the client PC. These steps are same to steps needed to do for Microsoft's genuine SSTP Server setup.
