Connected but can not access

Why vpn connection, the Network and Sharing Center shows no access to the Internet, and the computer can not access
为什么连接上vpn之后，网络和共享中心显示无Internet访问，并且电脑不能上网

该服务是公众的还是由朋友建设的服务器？
