Is it possible to find only servers which have port 443 open

Is it possible to find only servers which have port 443 openned?

From the website vpngate.net, there are several servers listed, however, I can only access port 443,
Is there a way to list servers that accept port 443?

Thank you in advance.

Short answer is no, Long answer is maybe.

First off, the list of servers that you are seeing normally isn't a complete list of servers. So unless you can obtain the master list of servers it won't be possible to filter down to servers that has SoftEther VPN listening also on port 443.

Second, even if there is a server listed to have port 443 opened. There are no clear indications as to whether or not if the server is actually online. There is a layer of obfuscation in virtually each of the list of servers, even if you happen to be able to collect all the lists of servers (i.e. sort of similar to a master list) you may end up with false positives.
