Hi all, I have released an android application at https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... pngatelist, with it, it is very easy to import profiles into OpenVPN Connect app. Hope it helps all the frequent VPN gate users out there.

Lastly thank you very much to VPN Gate and OpenVPN!

This project helps me so much I can never repay!

However, I had a problem with the app. When I start it up, it searches for the VPN Gate List for only a few seconds then stops. The list does not populate with the server list, so I'm guessing that it failed to connect to whatever server that provides this list.

More info: I'm in China, therefore, behind the Great Firewall, so maybe your app is using a URL instead of an IP address to contact the server, and the Great Firewall is doing its job of blocking this connection. If so, could you please consider changing the way it connects to the server?

BTW...I used your app through a VPN, and the list did populate so I know it does work correctly on my phone (Samsung Galaxy Nexus/CM 11-20140310-NIGHTLY-maguro)

Woah hey.. no need to thank me much, thank you for using it! and thanks for the nice suggestions, when u go vpn gate website does it help to use mirrors? I may consider adding mirrors into the app if it works for u. :) very nice of u..

I just checked, and yes, I can access these three mirrors:

Hi k31th, sorry that I wasn't able to implement the mirrors thing now because the mirrors will always redirect back to Vpn Gate for the API.
